Order Notification
Upon placement of an order on the Aiky Store platform, brands will receive a notification via email or through the Aiky Store platform dashboard. This notification will include all relevant order details, such as the product(s) purchased, customer information, shipping address, and order quantity.
Order Confirmation
Brands are responsible for promptly reviewing the order notification and verifying the availability of the product(s). Once the availability has been confirmed, brands must accept the order within 24 hours. Failure to accept the order within the allotted time may result in cancellation.
Packaging and Labeling Requirements
Brands are required to package the product(s) securely to prevent damage during shipment. The packaging should be sturdy, appropriate for the product(s) being shipped, and comply with any industry-specific regulations or standards. Aiky Store provides shipping labels that must be affixed to the package. These labels contain important shipping information, such as the customer's address and order details. The labels must be clearly visible and not obscured by any additional labels or packaging materials.
Shipping
Brands are responsible for arranging the shipment of the product(s) to the customer's specified address. Brands can choose their preferred shipping carrier and method, provided that the carrier is reputable and offers tracking and insurance. All shipments must be trackable and insured to protect both the brand and the customer in case of loss or damage during transit. Brands are responsible for ensuring that the product(s) are shipped within the 48 hours from order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon.
Invoicing
Brands are required to issue an invoice to the customer for the product(s), including shipping charges. The invoice should include the order number provided by Aiky Store, product details (including quantity, description, and unit price), shipping information, and any applicable taxes or fees. Brands must ensure that the invoice is accurate, complete, and compliant with any legal or regulatory requirements.
Tracking Information
Brands are responsible for maintaining accurate tracking information for each order. Tracking information can be updated through the Aiky Store platform dashboard. Customers can monitor the status of their order using the tracking information provided by the brand. Timely updates are essential to keep customers informed about the progress of their order and to manage expectations.
Quality Control and Inspection
Brands are responsible for ensuring that all products sold through the Aiky Store platform meet the highest standards of quality. This includes conducting thorough quality control checks and inspections before packaging and shipping the product(s). Brands should have a documented quality control process in place to ensure consistency and compliance.
Customers are entitled to cancel your order within 5 days for any kind of manufacturing
defects by informing us by means of a clear statement.

The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
